On a skiing vacation in Gastein, you will find family-friendly ski runs, challenging slopes, as well as a freeriding paradise in Sportgastein. Whether a skier or snowboarder, everyone will get their money’s worth on a skiing vacation in Bad Hofgastein. There are 200 km of slopes on 4 different mountains to discover. Such variety can’t be found in any other valley in Austria.

You can head to the Schlossalm on foot directly outside our Hotel St. Georg. If you happened to forget a piece of your equipment, it’s no problem. You can rent suitable equipment in the ski shop at the valley station.

Ski pass: Early bird!

Online early booking system: Book your ski passes online when you reserve your room, because the rule is: the earlier you buy, the cheaper!

There is a contingent of ski passes for every date at the online early bird price. The price depends on the season, demand and time of purchase. However, you can still buy ski passes at the cash desks and from us at the hotel reception at the ticket office price (the most expensive).

When purchasing the ski tickets, you can book a cancellation guarantee with the ticket. Only then is it possible to cancel the ski pass up to 2 days before the start of validity without giving a reason. The cancellation guarantee costs €2.50 per day and ski pass.
