Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel. However, in our sister hotels, the Johannesbad Hotel Füssinger Hof and the Johannesbad Hotel Ludwig Thoma, we have some rooms that you can book with your dog. For your dog we charge 10 € per night (without food). Please ask by e-mail or telephone whether one of these rooms is available for your desired period. At what times can I check in and check out?

Our rooms are ready for you from 14:00. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know shortly. You can check out on the day of departure until 10:00 am.

The quickest way to find available rooms is via our own reservation system on the website. What is special about the Johannesbad Therme and how much does admission cost?

The Johannesbad Therme is part of our company and is the largest thermal spa in Bad Füssing. It offers 4500 square meters of water surface with 13 indoor and outdoor pools and water temperatures from 17 to 39 degrees (e.g. volcanic rock pool, salt water lagoon, etc.). The highly sulphurous thermal mineral water from the hotel's own state-approved healing spring, our Johannesquelle, is legendary. The world-famous thermal water is not just thermal water, but mineral thermal water, which has proven positive effects on various complaints, such as muscles and joints, cardiovascular system, stress and burnout, rheumatic diseases, etc.

 


For hotel guests who have booked a package, admission is usually included. For all other hotel guests, admission is discounted and currently costs €17.00 per day.

Where can I get information about the wellness & spa area?

A modern wellness area awaits you with classic massages and beauty treatments, as well as a saline indoor swimming pool (3% salt content), a larger sauna and wellness area with saline (graduation tower), steam bath, lava sauna, infrared cabins, Kneipp basin, relaxation rooms with flat floating loungers and your own fresh air relaxation area - and much more! Our spa is open daily from 07:00 to 20:00, the sauna area from 15:00 to 20:00. Further information on massages and beauty treatments can be found here.

When is the restaurant open?

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00, dinner as part of half board is served daily from 17:30 to 20:00. The hotel bar is open from 10:00 to at least 23:00.

Is there a hotel bar?

Our hotel bar is open all day from 10:00 to 23:00. In summer, the beautiful sun terrace is also open.

Where and when does the breakfast take place?

The breakfast room is on the first floor, near the reception. We are happy to welcome you from 07:00 to 10:00.

What is a direct booking and what advantages does it have for me?

A direct booking is a booking made via our website directly here or by telephone or email to our reservation. You will always receive the best price, a free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (except Christmas & New Year's Eve) and do not have to pay a deposit.

Can I hire e-bikes or bikes?

From April to October, you can hire e-bikes from us for €15/day and normal bikes for €4/day.

You are welcome to bring your own bicycle or e-bike and park it free of charge in our (unguarded) underground car park in the bicycle area, protected from the weather; there is a charging facility for your own e-bikes.
