A direct booking is a booking made via our website directly here or by telephone or email to our reservation. You will always receive the best price, a free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (except Christmas & New Year's Eve) and do not have to pay a deposit.
The Johannesbad Therme is part of our company and is the largest thermal spa in Bad Füssing. It offers 4.500 square meters of water surface with 13 indoor and outdoor pools and water temperatures from 17 to 39 degrees (e.g. volcanic rock pool, salt water lagoon, etc.). The highly sulphurous thermal mineral water from the hotel's own state-approved healing spring, our Johannesquelle, is legendary. The world-famous thermal water is not just thermal water, but mineral thermal water, which has proven positive effects on various complaints, such as muscles and joints, cardiovascular system, stress and burnout, rheumatic diseases, etc.
For hotel guests who have booked a package, admission is usually included. For all other hotel guests, admission is discounted and currently costs €17.00 per day and €18 (2026) per day.
Our hotel does not have its own pool. For a relaxing and extensive bathing experience, we recommend the nearby Johannesbad Therme, which is already included in many of our packages or can be booked additionally.
Massages by our top therapists are available directly at the hotel.

Double and single rooms in various sizes, some with balconies. Special feature: no single room supplement. We will be happy to advise you on the most suitable category.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM (please let us know if you will be arriving after 6:00 PM). Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Half board is already included in our packages. If you book bed and breakfast, you can flexibly add half board. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies).
The restaurant is located on the ground floor, near the reception.
We are happy to welcome you for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Dinner (half board) is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Johannesbad Hotel Füssinger Hof is centrally located in Bad Füssing, just a short walk from the spa gardens, Kurallee, cafés, restaurants, and the Johannesbad Therme.
Our hotel is situated in the “Bäderdreieck” (spa triangle) near the Austrian border, only 15 km from the A3 motorway and 5 km from the B12, which connects to the A94.
The surrounding area offers well-marked walking and cycling trails through nature and along the River Inn, as well as the largest spa landscape in Europe. Wonderful excursion destinations such as the three-river city of Passau, the baroque town of Schärding, and many more are nearby.
Bad Füssing is a charming, peaceful little town in Lower Bavaria, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

From April to October, you can rent bicycles and e-bikes from our sister hotel Königshof – e-bikes for €15 per day and bicycles for €4 per day.
You are also welcome to bring your own bicycle and store it with us free of charge and protected from the weather (storage is uninsured).
Yes, the hotel has ground-level parking spaces. Fees: €4 per day (2025), €5 per day (from 2026) per car.
